Taco Bell

The staff was friendly there, and the restaurant was clean, reasonably large, and nicely designed. My food was excellent (keeping in mind that this is fast food, not Gordon Ramsey's). Do keep in mind that this is by the main entrance to downtown Disney, so the traffic around the plaza is very heavy, and it can take time to get back out, so don't go here if you're on a time crunch.

The place looked grimey throughout the kitchen, ordering area, condiments, soda and dining room. It appeared to only be cleaned the day before and not very well. The counter with the sauces was sticky. The tables were not wiped well.

Took 30 minutes for 4 tacos!!! There was a line inside because they served drive through first! Do not bother.

This Taco Bell is fairly clean and convenient to the Disney Springs Resort area. They have a good number of tables and seats in the dining area, but they fill up fast during lunchtime and dinner. It’s a great option for a quick meal that you’re all too familiar with. The staff members took my order reliably and quickly. You can do online and mobile payments with their app and pick up in store. They carry the regular deals and combos you see at most Taco Bells. There is ample parking around.

Lots of vegetarian options available. The $1 spicy tostada was really good, I wished I ordered more than one. I asked for a 7 layer burrito (vegetarian) and ended up with a chicken burrito 😑.

Don't bother. Manager in front made us order on the kiosk instead of helping us because she was "too busy" , then proceeded to go in the back to chill on her cellphone. I wish I wouldn't have wasted my time.

Waited 7 minutes for my first order, only 11 items. My son was still hungry so we waited another 15 minutes for two burritos. No apologies. Not even that busy.

This is one of the fastest taco bell drive through! The staff is amazing and they are super nice! I ordered a med wild cherry Pepsi, and expressed how much I wish the other stores would carry it. The the drive through lady gave me a large and we chatted while my food was getting made. So great!!

11/6 Someone else took my order and after about 15 minutes we realized what had happened. The staff had to make my order again but were timely and friendly about it and did everything to make it right. I truly appreciate it!

Service is good, but don't understand why they always close inside after certain hour to serve only at the drive-thru. This is the Disney area, which is busy and Taco Bell is the only place doing this which makes us also wait a looong line in the drive thru. I don't know if these are instructions from headquarters, but it doesn't make sense.

For a tourist location, it's not frequented by many tourists. Mostly Disney Castmembers and hotel workers so it's a great place to unwind from the craziness of the parks.

Being so close to Disney this location gets a ton of business during all hours of operation. This staff is excellent and they push it out like nowhere I've ever seen

This place is super slow and very unprofessional and dirty. Today everyone waited atleast 20 mins for their food. About 5 customers got refunds. The manager on duty was very nonchalant about it and was just refunding everyone’s food. This is not good since it’s tourist location. MADE FLORIDA LOOK VERY BAD!!! The manager removes her name badge so here’s the date and time 03/12/2020 at 9:00pm . I hope this is handled. Never seen such a unprofessional establishment in my life. Next stop, a corporate phone call.

Apparently nobody works in the front anymore. It's a super long waiting line to use the self order computer. Its crazy.. a lot of people left.. they lost penalty of customers this night.Also I waited 30 minutes for my food after I finally placed my order...

Love the new kiosk where you can order away from the counter and pick up.

Fast but quality needs improvement.

I love taco bell so I gave it 4 stars but they didnt get my order right and the soda was carbonated

I am always happy with this location. Extremely busy so there may be a wait. Just be patient the food is perfect and the staff are friendly.

Since this place is located very close to the Disney Resort and amusement parks the quality and caliber of the food is impeccable. The food usually looks just like the pictures, and the service is top-notch. I've always said that food can be mediocre but if the service is top-notch you don't mind.

They say if you've been to one Taco Bell, you've been to 100 Taco Bells . However, this one was a little different. The staff was a little friendlier. The restaurant seemed a little cleaner. I didn't need to use the bathroom so I can't really comment on that. However, the dining room. Did seem well taken care of. The food was fairly fast and about as fresh as he would get at any other Taco Bell. All in all if you're in the area stop by.

Sunday nights are always a long wait here. Outside drive thru is even worse. Would be nice if there were more people working during busy times.

Taco Bell is the name, but for this location speed is not there game. Took wayyyy too long to fulfill such an easy request.

What a joke! The manager told us to order at the kiosk, which had 10 people waiting, because he only wanted to use the cash register for cash. As you can see in the picture, this was all the meat I received on my taco. I wish I could get my money back. Additionally, there was no soap in either the men’s or women’s bathrooms. Only the woman’s had hand sanitizer. Great location, but poorly run.

I love this taco bell they're always nice and the food comes out right and good :)
